The idea is right there, play to it. Take Fear Survey Schedule and adjust it, use the fears that player is most prone to. If you're doing a game that is a questionnaire incorporate elements of psychometry. You wouldn't make an MMO without studying how to make an multiplayer game?
I am sorry I'm going to be honest, it wasn't great. It's hard to find this scary, heavy breathing has been overused in these types of games. Also allowing to not answer to certain questions, most of them being forgetable breaks immersion. I wish you the best of luck I know it's really hard! But currently I wouln't see myself paying 2 euros or dollars on this when there are free scarier alternatives. Have a good day!
Super fun quiz, fun for children and adults alike! I got a barbie doll which made me so happy! Really cute quiz, my 75 children loved it and it cured my grandma's carpal tunnel! 10/10
